This is a beautiful old floor lamp and a most interesting design - what looks to be a small cloisonne table lamp resting on a tall brass stand is actually one complete unit. The motif could best be described as Asian -the triple feet on the pedestal are of stylized Dolphins mounted on an enameled brass support. The lamp is fixed to the small table top in the same manner I have seen expensive art glass mounted as a means of permanent display. By wiring and construction we estimate this to date to the 1930's or there about(possibly 40's) and there is a maker's mark on the underside of the base but is not one we recognize or are familiar with. Stands 59 inches tall to the top of finial and is in fine working condition.****this will ship fedex and does not break down in any form so it will ship as one piece-for that reason the ship cost is a bit high and our apologies for that but it is unavoidable****
