Lovely English Hallmarked Locket/Compact on Silver Chain "K.C."
The chain is silver although not as old as the compact and it has a lovely soft feel to it; it is marked. The locket or compact type box is wonderful and in good condition. I feel it may have been a compact at one time. It would make a nice pill box today or keep some bills in there for emergencies! It has machine decorating and beautifully inscribed with the initials K.C. Hallmarks are Anchor, Lion, and F. It opens by pushing down in the raised piece (same as a hunter watch). Chain is almost 24 inches long and the locket is 1 1/2 inches square.
