Sweetest Ca 1940 14K Diamond Engagement or Promise Ring "One Love"

This is a very sweet 14K yellow gold with white gold illusion setting and genuine diamond ring that belonged to the mother of a dear friend of mine. Her mother is gone now and I have been asked to sell some of her things. Engraved ever so lovingly are the words "ONE LOVE" with an arrow going through it.

The round brilliant cut diamond measures 4.22mm in diameter and has a weight of approximately 0.28 carats which is just over 1/4th of a carat. It is SI2 clarity and I color. Tons of sparkle and flash and the illusion setting gives the appearance of a much larger diamond. Measures a size 5 1/2. It is in excellent condition with no problems or issues. Well taken care of and ready to present and wear! Will arrive in the black velveteen presentation box show in the picture with a nice red ribbon and bow.
