Fenton Blue Opalescent Hobnail Champagne Punch Bowl for Levay
This bowl has a beautiful flared bell shape with a wonderful ruffled rim. The blue is a soft, clear color and the bowl rings when tapped. Several rows of graduated hobnails are highlighted by opalescence near the top, and the rim has a beautiful translucent blue opalescence. It is part of a Champagne Punch Set that Fenton made for Levay in 1982.
It is marked with the oval Fenton Glass Company logo with an “8”, as shown. It stands about 5 ¾” tall and measures about 12” across the rim. It weighs just over 4 pounds.
Excellent Condition: no cracks, heavy scratches, nicks or chips.
