Goebel Friar Tuck Monk S 141/0 Creamer Pitcher 1960 to 1972
This splendid pitcher's size falls right in the middle of the range of sizes of Friar Tuck pitchers, with 3 larger and 3 smaller pitchers in the range. He has black eyes and wears the traditional brown robes and white cord belt, as well as black shoes. He has a brown hat and a cream color interior and remnants of the original Friar Tuck label are still on the back side. The hand painted detail is crisp and beautifully executed.

It is marked with impressed characters "S 141 / 0" and a blue "Bee in V" mark with "W. Germany" back stamp that dates this piece to approximately 1960 to 1972. It is about 4 1/4" tall.
Excellent Condition: no nicks, cracks or chips; it has some crazing.
