Hocking Ribbed Mixing Bowl Depression Era.
This bowl has a beautiful light green color. The rim is rolled and it has a square base. The ribbed panels are moulded on the outside and they start about an inch below the rim, extending down to the base.
Unmarked; it is by The Hocking Glass Company, ca. 1930’s. It measures about 6 ¾” across the rim, 3 ¼” tall and 1 7/8“ across the foot.
Condition: no cloudiness, cracks, nicks or chips. It has some use scratches and a couple minor mould imperfections on the underside of the rim.
This is a sweet little bowl that would be great as a serving dish, or displayed with a nested set. One can’t have too many bowls, so don’t miss the opportunity to add to your collection or to purchase a gift for a favorite collector!
