A 100% authentic Sterling silver porringer bowl by Tiffany & Co. Excellent estate condition. This bowl has a beautiful hand chased "Nursery Rhyme" design that depicts a whimsical scene of children playing make-believe. The creamy white genuine ivory handle shows beautiful age lines and appears to be hand carved and sculpted. Slight play that could be easily tightened if desired. The nice size of this bowl and its gorgeous low pedestal base make it ideal for a plethora of uses around the home. Great for presenting candy, nuts, hors d'oeuvres, or displaying potpourri. Of course it can still be used as a porridge server! This is a very rare item for the serious Tiffany collector.
