Beautifully Decorated Cracker & Cheese Dip Bowl Plate (sometimes also referred to as a Shrimp Plate). Crackers and Cheese were usually served in the twelfth course of a formal dinner on a two-tiered dish. Painted with Red & Green Currants and their lush foliage, and accented with intricate gold scrolled work. It is signed by the talented Victorian Artist 'Newton'.

Size: 10” T X 3 1/2” wide.

Condition: Excellent- No Chips, Cracks, Or Repairs.

Mark/ Age: Tressemann & Vogt (T&V) 1880-1919
