Presented here is an elegant 1970's Tancer filigree rhinestone Christmas wreath brooch.
Mike Tancer was president of the Coro Jewelry Company until it folded it's doors in 1970. It was at that point that Mike tancer, Marge Borofsky, and Lynne Gordon (Mylu designers) joined forces to form Tancer and II. One of the company's mainstays was wonderful Christmas pins.
This wreath is pictured on page 232 of the "Coro Jewelry Collector's Guide" by Monica "Sparkles" Brown. It is listed at $55.00 in this 2005 edition.
This beautiful wreath features a detailed gold plated openwork wreath set with sparkling aurora borealis chaton crystals, with wonderful dimensional bow.
This piece is in excellent condition, and marked "TANCER 11 (c)".
