Vintage Vegne Art Deco Copper & Bronze Stallion Horse Bookends

Each bookend is done in bronze copper and features a rearing stallion. The are in wonderful condition and the copper and bronze are beautifully patinated. They are in their original condition and I have made no attempt to clean or polish them.

They are engraved with the mark "Vegne" and still have their original labels reading "VEGNE HARDWARE - Bronze Copper - West Coast Industries - Oakland Calif."

Measurement:

Base - 5-1/4" wide x 1-3/4" across x 1" high Horse - 5" wide x 5-1/4" high

Total measurement - 5-1/4" wide x 6-1/4" high.

These bronze bookends are quite heavy (2-3/4 lbs. each) and will hold a nice set of books.
