Rare Vintage RENOIR SAUTEUR Golden Glow Modernist Apple Pin Brooch

Signed "SAUTEUR(c)RENOIR"

The gold plated pieces by Renoir from their Sauteur line are their rarest, produced only from 1961-1963. The line's name was changed from "Sauteur" for the sterling silver pieces to "Golden Glow" for the gold plated pieces, however, the name "Golden Glow" does not appear on any of the jewelry (Ref. Burkholz and Kaplan's book "Copper Art Jewelry: A Different Lustre", page 108; this design is shown on page 97 of that book)
