Rare Vintage Corday Golden Unicorn Ornate Filigree Twist Perfume Locket Pendant Necklace

The cutout filigree design is on both sides of the locket but the unicorn is only on the front; can be worn with either side showing for two different looks

A faux twist rope bale and a stamped design on the borders add additional details to this stunning piece

The front piece twists off so that a perfume tablet or sachet can be placed inside; there are 2 notches where the top fits into the base and is then rotated clockwise to tighten, counterclockwise to remove (I've noticed the front piece fits tighter when a perfume tablet is inside, so please be sure to tightly twist it if wearing it empty)

Now clean and empty, could also be worn as a locket for tiny treasures

Pendant measures 1 3/8" in diameter and 1/2" thick, chain measures 30 3/4" long including the lobster clasp (the chain didn't have a clasp so I've added a new one)

Weighs 39 grams (1.4 ounces)

Removable label on the back reads "Fame (the name of the scent) Golden Unicorn Fragrance Locket", by Corday
