Vintage Corday Unicorn in Captivity Perfume Locket Chunky Chain Link Charm Bracelet Original Box

The vintage gold plated bracelet features chunky elongated links which have a stamped ridged texture on one side; the links are doubled for a thicker, tighter chain

Original box included; box shows a little wear

From the well known series of seven Gothic tapestries known as "The Hunt of the Unicorn"; this design represents the seventh and last tapestry "The Unicorn in Captivity". The tapestries are part of the medieval collection at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City

Locket is a solid perfume holder, still has most of the solid perfume, I'll be happy to clean it out for you upon request, just let me know in the "note to seller" at checkout (although some of the perfume smell may remain for a while) so that it can be worn as a locket for tiny treasures, or add your favorite new solid perfume

Very good vintage condition, light vintage wear, some of the gold plating has worn off the spring clasp and connecting rings, showing silver metal beneath the gold plating locket opens at the top and the hinge is tight and secure as is the spring clasp

Unsigned but made by Corday; it contains the perfume called "Toujours Moi"

Charm measures 1 1/4" long, 7/8" wide and 5/16" thick, bracelet measures 8" long including the spring clasp

Weighs 37 grams (1.3 ounces)
