Rare Vintage Asian Chinese Butterfly Locket, Quatrefoil Shaped Enamel and Brass Locket, Gold Plated Chain

Rare vintage flower or quatrefoil shaped domed locket in brass with a beautiful Chinese or Asian butterfly design on both front and back featuring a dark red-orange enamel background and black, white and bright yellow-gold butterflies

The inside of the locket is coated in cobalt blue enamel

I've added a new long gold plated cable chain

Very good vintage condition, light vintage wear, some vintage patina to the brass, locket opens at the side and the hinge and latch are in good working condition

Locket measures 1 1/4" in diameter and 1/2" thick, chain measures 28" long including the spring clasp (length adjustable upon request)

Pendant weighs 17.6 grams

Unsigned, I believe this dates to the 1940's-1950's
