Lovely old Bakelite Pin with Red Rhinestones - European Look
This rather European looking pin has a diameter of 1 5/8", and in its very center is a bright rose pink pearly hued stone that I think is most likely acryllic. It's very pretty. Set immediately around it, looking a bit like a doily, is a hand-painted area alternating white and pink paints. No machined piece this one!
Then set around that is a pattern of ornate gold plate with six bright red rhinestones with tons of glitter. And all this is set on that 1 5/8" diameter circle of dark orange bakelite. Quite an interesting design.
