Unsurpassable HUGE 3.10ct Late Art Deco Bouquet & Bow Diamond Ring

This amazing late Art Deco (1940s) diamond cocktail ring is just so showy & huge that people will have a hard time believing it's real! But believe us - every bit of it is as real as they come, and there is nothing else like it! These are the kinds of designs that you find in the big brooches & pendants of the Art Deco period.... but this is a ring, and it's all original (not made over from a pin or pendant).

Where to start? The diamonds? The design? The size?... Well, starting with the diamonds, there are approximately 3.10ct of gorgeous, clean white natural diamonds in the ring, from round brilliant cut to transitional cut to baguette cut. The appraisal counts 84 diamonds, however, we count 91... we think a row (given there are plenty) was missed in the 'bow' part of the design. So the carat weight is actually likely 3.20ct or so, but nonetheless, they're all amazing! ALL the diamonds are graded VVS to VS2 in clarity - SO CLEAN - and incredibly white E-G color! You can't get much better than these sparklers!

The design: Set in 14kt white gold, the diamonds, in their different shapes & sizes beautifully & perfectly fill out the bow & bouquet design of the ring. The 'ribbons' or bows hold the old transitional cut diamonds, the baguettes form the 'stems' of the flowers, and the round brilliant cuts act as the 'flowers' or 'blossoms' - call them what you may! The ribbons have diamonds both on top and swirled underneath, and some of the baguettes in the stems are so tiny & finely cut that it's fascinating to think how time consuming & difficult it must have been to set them!!

The size & weight: HUGE! Weighing in at 15.40 grams, this stunner from north to south measures 33.83mm or 1.332 inches long, and from west to east, 24.98mm or 0.983 inches wide. At its tallest (the highest 'rise' of one of the 'ribbons'), 12.35mm.

This stunning ring is currently a larger size of 8 1/4 to 8 1/2 (inner diameter of 18.30mm to 18.55mm). Due to its weight, and being top heavy, it's best to wear this a little 'small' to stop it from riding around your finger ie: if you COMFORTABLY wear a size 8 1/2, but can fit an 8 1/4, don't get this sized.

However, the ring is completely sizable, so if you want to go smaller or larger, that can be done - please just inquire first!!
