Small but mighty! Fine gems don't need to be big to pack a punch... if they're vibrant, flashy and colorful, they'll catch one's eye long before any big, dull and sad stone will.

Here is an absolutely delightful, vivid, natural NO HEAT oval-cut ruby, set within a 14kt yellow gold and diamond-lined mounting. At 0.38ct, she's on the smaller side in terms of carat weight, but proportionally, she measures 5.01 x 3.99 x 2.29mm and her color is just BURSTING with fire. Graded 'purple-red', she's lush, and her amazing eye-clean clarity is super impressive, with just one tiny surface blemish on one facet edge. To find such a clean ruby, especially an unheated one, is rare! Though not 'flush set', she's low in height, and is a great ring for those who are busy with their hands and don't want a high setting getting in the way.

Equally as impressive are the gorgeous white, very clean baguette-cut diamonds that run in two channels down both sides of the band. I was going to call them asscher-cut, but on a closer look, they're longer than they are wide, making them baguettes. Water-clear, these beauties face up VS1 to Si1, if not VVS, with white F-G color. Twenty diamonds in total, the baguettes range from approximately 1.50 to 2.00mm, with an estimated carat weight of 0.45 - 0.50ct.

Currently a US size 8.5 to 8.75 (inner diameter 18.60-18.86mm) this beauty can be sized within a range, however please always inquire about sizing before placing your order if it's required. We will always confirm with our jeweler to make sure sizing is definitely possible, especially with rings that contain channel-set stones like this. Stamped "HDS 14k" and weighing a good 4.30 grams, this ring is well built for steady wear and is in excellent estate condition.
