By one of my all-time favourite postcard artists..Tito Corbella (1885-1966)..comes this beautiful Art Deco Italian issue postcard.
Featuring a playful Pierrot as he offers a handful of flowers to a beautiful woman. She appears to be looking down from a large Moon.
Corbella was a prolific designer of beautiful woman, most of whom appeared on postcards, but postcards from his Pierrot series are among the world's best Art Deco images.
Signed centre right and issued by Ross-Monopol, it is numbered 668 and is postally un-used.
With some mild age soiling and a small thumb print lower right it is in good condition.
