These early 1970's earrings, signed by Vendome (couture line of Coro) feature rare and retired crystals from Swarovski, named "Pagoda" and commonly referred to as "potato chip" crystals, they are curved discs with square faceting - in their even rare mink brown color, which was discontinued in the mid-1970's. The crystals form the petals of a flower shape.
These floral motif earrings measure 1" inch across. Crystals are all hand wired and the center topaz brown rhinestone is prong set in gold plate. Back of lever, screw adjustable clips are hallmarked "Vendome" with the copyright symbol. Excellent condition; minor wear to gold plating on the clip backs.
