This vintage white enamelware colander is adorned with blue flowers and leaves, as well as thin, elegant lines and dots on the base and around under the silver chrome rim. The curved handles are solid brass and are screwed into the punch-dotted bowl, cushioned by soft washers underneath.
Besides acting as a kitchen staple, a colander offers great ventilation as a fruit "bowl"...or for breads...and a neat way to tidy up your counter space .
Colander has a diameter of 9.5" inches, 11" inches across including handles. It measures 5.25" inches high, and the round base measures 5.75" inches across. Item itself weighs 1 pound (lb.), 10.8 ounces (oz.). Excellent condition.
