Napier 1950's HUGE Golden Umbrella Chandelier Earrings ~ Book Piece

This rare-to-find pair of signed Napier chandelier earrings are impressive with their three tiers of flower petal umbrella pieces, graduating slightly in size from top to bottom. In-between each three-dimensional "umbrella" are ribbed cylinder beads and from the bottom one dangles a large round gold plated bead. Earrings measure 3.25" inches long. Clips are hallmarked "NAPIER PAT. PEND." for patent pending. This awesome pair is in really excellent condition.

These earrings are featured in "The Napier Company, Defining 20th Century American Costume Jewelry" by Melinda L. Lewis with Henry J. Swen, just published this year (2013).
