This pair of signed Castlecliff, vintage 1969 earrings feature beautiful hand blown clear and grey givre glass, dark brown topaz or root beer faceted crystals, as well as clear rhinestone rondelles, all set in gold plate. The gray swirls inside the clear glass dangling drops look like a spinning tornado cone.
Earrings measure 2.5" inches long, and the large round 3D glass cabochon at the ear measures 18mm or just shy of 3/4" of an inch across. Back of lever clips are hallmarked "Castlecliff".
This pair is in excellent condition, save for this one boo-boo...One of the static rings attached to the front of the ear clip is broken off, so the dangling part hangs from the ear clip (See 2nd photo). These earrings can be worn as is, but they could easily be fixed. In perfect condition, these would be priced around $100.
