DeNicola 1960's Initial Letter N Pin

This DeNicola vintage 1960's initial letter "N" pin is in pristine condition. Two strokes of the N are pave set with tiny clear round chaton rhinestones and the center diagonal stroke is adorned with emerald green enamel and dotted with three gold diamond shapes, set with a tiny round stone in the center of each. This gold plated pin measures 1.75" inches tall X 1" inch wide. It is hallmarked "DeNicola" with the copyright symbol on a raised, oval cartouche on the back. It is in pristine, excellent condition.

Founded by Jerry De Nicola, this New York City company thrived from 1957 to the early 1970's. The DeNicola company produced jewelry of high quality meant to rival the real thing. DeNicola is best known for their figurals and astrological jewelry as well as Christmas jewelry. According to several costume jewelry books, this jewelry is highly collectable with prices to reflect the demand and not so plentiful supply.
