Trifari 1960's Alfred Philippe Octopus Figural Brooch

This rare figural brooch, circa 1960's, designed by Alfred Philippe for Trifari, is a shiny gold tone and white enameled octopus, a creature of the ocean, adorned with round green glass cabochon eyes and clear round chaton rhinestones for the suckers or tentacles under his arms.

There is very little wear, if at all, to the white enamel. This wonderful piece measures 1.75" inches tall X 1.5" inches wide. He is hallmarked "Trifari" with the copyright symbol on the back. He is in exceptionally excellent condition.
