This 1960's modernist abstract design earrings, signed by Corocraft, is like part of a king's crown, a torch or perhaps a flower pod, set with a large, square, rounded edge stone in brilliant jewel tone royal purple.
The large 1/2" inch (15mm) across gold foiled stone is set to look like it is floating inside its setting. The setting is textured, brushed gold tone, slightly shiny and matte finish at the same time. It has a beautiful curve to it and the four sections around the stone are adorned with ball tips for a regal effect.
Each earring measures 1 1/8" inches tall X 3/4" of an inch at its widest point. They are hallmarked "Corocraft" in script lettering on the back of the comfort clips. This stunning pair is in pristine, excellent condition.
NOTE: I have the Corocraft brooch in this style in sapphire blue (RL-3056) & emerald green in my shop (RL-2956).
