Goldette Topaz Crystal 3-Strand Sautoir Necklace

This signed Goldette necklace has 3 long interlocking c-chain link strands, 24.25", 30.25" and 34.5" inches long, respectively, bezel and prong set with seven light topaz crystals in shiny gold tone. A large braided design clasp with fold over snaps tightly and is hallmarked "Goldette" in script lettering with the copyright symbol. This elegant piece is in excellent condition. It is most likely late 1960's vintage.

Goldette was the mark of the Circle Jewelry Products Company of New York City (owned by David Gartner). The Goldette mark has been used since October of 1958. Goldette made quality jewelry often based on Victorian styles, featuring gold-tone metalwork, intaglio, and/or enamel work. Their signature look is antique gold tone pieces in Victorian and Egyptian styles.
