This sparkling, vintage 1950's rhinestone necklace features a sort of pendant in its center, adorned with a round ruby red 3D glass cabochon. It is surrounded by a circle of clear round chaton rhinestones, as well as a wreath of small, clear marquis shaped stones, all prong set in shiny, rhodium plated silver tone. The necklace strand is all clear rhinestones, also all prong set, and near the pendant, on either side, are four larger marquis stones for added detail.
The center attached pendant measures 1" inch tall X 7/8" of an inch wide. Maximum wearable necklace length is 17" inches, but it can be worn shorter by latching the hook between the rhinestones on the strand. The end of the necklace strand is embellished with a larger, round clear stone.
This elegant, dainty piece is in excellent condition. Very minor yellowing of the clear stones is only visible under magnification. With the naked eye, it appears quite clear upon looking at it and wearing it. What a beautiful necklace to wear for the holidays!
