Stones: One approx. .15 carat, two approx. .10 carat solid natural opals and four approx. .01 carat rose cut diamonds are beautifully embedded into the mount. The total diamond weight is estimated at .04 carat (estimated at H-I in color and SI1-2 in clarity). The opals are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 6 1/2 (sizable). UK size N. The mount measures 5.5mm, tapering down to 2.5mm (base of ring).
Metal & Hallmark: Solid 18k yellow gold. The ring features several hallmarks. The first hallmark is a crown followed by "18" for 18k gold. The next hallmark is the mark of origin for Chester, UK (a sword between three wheatsheaves). The final hallmark is the assay mark for the year 1902 (letter "B").
