**Circa 1900: " Dragonfly " Silver Overlay Perfume Bottles
I have always loved the art nouveau design of the entangling silver overlay incorporating two wig spread dragonflies in the front center.As you may know dragon flies have symbolized and been used for good luck for centuries.I, myself feel extra lucky one flies past me.For their age they are in very good condition without any chips or cracks.On the inside of the stoppers there appears as if MAYBE there may have been a small dauber at one time but I am not so sure since others similar I have viewed do not appear to have any either.I only gave them a slight buffing before photos,I like the tarnished aged look certain pieces,this being one of them.Lovely little air bubbles can be seen here and there.They measure 3" high and 7" circumference.Please pardon the reflection on the silvered tops.
