1910:" Original Print " Air Castles " by Maxfield Parrish

Frederick Maxfield Parrish ( 1870-1966) is one of my all time favorite artists.I love his beautiful fantasy settings and use of light and shade.Maxifield was best known for his signature color of Parrish Blue, which simply means every color he used contained some shade of blue blended into it.This original print was first debuted on the cover of the 1903 edition of Ladies Home Journal. The true original colors on this print are unfaded and the print is in excellent condition.Framed in it's original House of Arts wooden frame.Mate of Parrish's print " Dinkey Bird " ,image size is 12" x 16" ,framed out to 13 1/4" x17 1/4".
