Antique Victorian Ladies Net Bonnet

This looks like a bonnet that an elegant 19th century woman would wear in the morning while having her breakfast and taking care of her correspondence. The bonnet is made of fine cotton netting trimmed with embroidery and lace. The ties are a filmy organdy. I believe this is a manufactured item.

CONDITION: Vintage Excellent! There are two small pulls in the lace at the left corner of the bonnet. They can probably be pulled back into shape but in any case, they are not real noticeable. The bonnet is clean as found but could probably use a gentle hand-wash.

DATE: c.1860

MEASUREMENTS: Adult size.
