This is a beautiful Victorian travel beveled tri-fold mirror with a rare litho of Little Red Riding Hood on the front. The litho is what caught my attention when I purchased it as it is the perfect accompaniment to display with a doll collection, especially next to a child doll vignette. And if you have a doll in a red cape, well then you've got the perfect finishing piece.
The mirror is an ornate one as many were during this era. Framed in a brass frame with brass feet and a chain for hanging it on a wall if desired. The backing is a simple cardboard as is the middle mirror for the other two mirrors.
CONDITION: No cracks or chips to the mirror but a couple of places where the silver backing is showing. The hinges work well as does the closing latch. The condition of the Red Riding Hood litho is excellent with minor bowing to the cardboard.
9.5" tall, 6 3/4" wide when closed.
