Milliners Model with Rare Hairstyle. She is a 10 ¼ inch Paper Mache Milliners Model with a paper mache shoulder head with the original kid body and wood arms and legs, the doll is all original. She is wearing white pantaloons, skirt, apron and a printed top, the top has some fading and holes in the back. The hair style is very unusual braided on the side like a Queen Victoria Style hairdo but it has gold painting that makes her look like she has a head band and in the back there is a stylized bun with gold trim. The doll has a small piece of leather wrapped at the waist for reinforcement. The doll has some wear and age. The doll is a very pretty doll dating to around 1840.
