Cameo Necklace In 18k Gold

This is a beautiful necklace made up of a detailed high-relief shell cameo set in an 18k gold frame hanging from a 14k gold chain. Really an unusual piece, the cameo is carved with the face raising up about 1/2" high from the surface of the cameo. She has a lot of nice detail with flowers and leaves in her hair. The cameo pendant measures 1 1/8" by 7/8", the chain is 18" around and the overall condition is extremely good.
