This is just a SWEET and Precious Fine Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Teacup & Saucer. Each piece is completely handpainted with Beautiful Pink Roses, by a late 19th Century American Victorian china painter, or early 20th Century Edwardian Period porcelain artist.
The exterior of this Beautiful Cup and Matching Saucer have been hand painted all around with beautifully rendered pink roses in full bloom. The stems and leaves are done in varying shades of green for depth and realism. The background is hand painted in wonderful soft pastel shades of mint greens and baby blues. The embossed rim of both cup and saucer are beautifully outlined in a precious shade of blue. Both Cup and Saucer have also been decorated in beautiful Roman Gold along the rim ~ and the lovely crimped handle is decorated in beautiful Roman Gold.
This Gorgeous Set is a fine antique French porcelain and is in Near Mint Condition. I find no chips, cracks, hairlines, stains, paint loss, paint flakes, gold loss on rim, or repairs. A Sterling investment quality Art-Porcelain with the century-old china painting perfectly preserved within lustrous glass overglaze finish.
ANTIQUE LIMOGES FRANCE FLORAL ART TEACUP & SAUCER. The TEA CUP measures 3-3/4" WIDE x 1 7/8" TALL. The SAUCER 5-7/8" Diameter. Each piece bears the Coiffe, Mark 3, underglaze whiteware mark in green, circa 1891 - 1914. Please excuse any white spots which have been caused by the light reflection.
