This is Just a SUPERB ~ OUTSTANDING 13 piece Exceptional hand painted HAVILAND LIMOGES FRENCH/ ROSENTHAL VERSAILLES Chocolate Set ~ This beautiful matching set features a floral design of LARGE PINK and YELLOW ROSES nestled within beautiful multi colored greenery. As you can see by the pictures, this is a MAGNIFICENT SET. The roses are vivid and the design is one of the nicest I've seen and have had the pleasure of owning. The Gorgeous Deep Cotton Candy Pink Border is Breathtaking!! The gilt work is near mint and is absolutely stunning ~ no loss noted ~ Truly Gorgeous scroll/beehive-like lattice gilt design on the front of the Chocolate pot and on each saucer. The beautiful handle resembles a lovely ribbon and is also trimmed in heavy Roman Coin Gold.

Included in this set is the Chocolate Pot with lid which is 10 1/4" from base to top of finial, and 6 1/2" across the spout to the handle. Each cup measures 3 3/4" high and 3" in diameter. Each matching saucer is just under 5 1/2" in diameter. This set is in Exceptional Condition - no chips, cracks, repairs or hairlines ~ it is NEAR MINT. It is just incredible in person, much lovelier than what the pictures display ~ I will be more than happy to email you additional photos, so please ask.

The Stunning Chocolate Pot was made by the Haviland France Co and it displays the underglaze Limoges mark 12, circa 1894 - 1906. The delicate cups and saucers display the Rosenthal crown mark (RC Versailles, Bavaria), circa 1891 - 1906, along with the word 'Versailles', which refers to the elegant diagonally vertical swirled shape of the porcelain cup.
