Very Beautiful Limoges Tray with Deep Burgundy & Pink Roses

I've had this tray forever; I bought it from a very good friend and used it to display with one of my vases. This little beauty really catches the eye with it's rich, deep colors. The roses splash across the surface of the pretty mold; it is painted such that it can be displayed in a couple of directions. The pink and burgundy are one of my favorite combinations; they are beautifully accented by the cocoa brown and sky blue background. The Tray has a lovely outer border with raised detail and a ruffling rim, which has a nice gold edge.

The Tray measures almost 9" long and 6" wide. It would look very nicely not only displayed by itself, but with a couple of antique brooches or a trinket box on it.

It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. It is very eye catching and quite beautiful.

It is marked with Tressemann & Vogt mark 8, 1907 and after.
