Outstanding Limoges Wine Decanter/Jug with Gorgeous Hanging Grapes & Rich Gold

This is a gorgeous Limoges Wine or Liquor Decanter that is beautifully handpainted. The artist has painted luscious bunches of Grapes, front and back and encircling around the sides. This is some of the most beautiful Grape bunches I've seen. The are surrounded by their curling, fat leaves, branches and twining stems against a beautiful, subtly blended background. The stopper is also painted with Grapes to give it a very special touch. The handle and inner rim are painted with rich, thick Gold. This is a beautiful mold, and it is expertly painted.

The Decanter jug stands about 9 1/2" tall and 6" across the widest width.

It is in outstanding condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or wear to the paint or gold. It must have been very well taken care of and put in a cabinet for it's life.

It is marked with Limoges Giraud mark. 1920.
