Antique Victorian Shell Flora Cameo Brooch Pin With C Clasp

This is a beautifully carved antique cameo of a Flora with classic old world features. She has flowers in her hair and a draped clothing. The setting is a combination of gold filled bezel and twist frame and the back is brass. The hardware is original complete with T bar hinge, C clasp and extended pin stem length. The spot on the back is lead solder that can be polished off, I haven't done this because I prefer my cameos in original condition and patina, so I'll leave it up to the new owner. There has been lead solder used to keep the back in place. The shell is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or hairlines. The carving is crisp high relief with no damage.

15/16in (23.5 mm) x 3/4in wide (19 mm)
