An antique glass vase that features a squat base and slender neck. The opening flairs out at the top to hold a nice bouquet of flowers. The upper portion is finely etched with pansies and leaves. We see a spiral design above the bottom and the bottom has a twisted rope sections with more etched leaves. This is surprising light weight and very fine glass.
Manufactured by New Martinsville Glass. This glows under a black light telling us that this is an earlier piece c. 1901-1910.
Measuring a stately 10.5 inches high with an opening of just over 5 inches we find this to be in splendid condition. A few light scratches but there is no damage to glass.
