Vintage ring sterling silver domed chased design

The interior is stamped with Sterling and a 7. We are unclear where this was made. Possibly right in the US or perhaps Mexico although there is no city markings. We would place this in the 1970s or 1980's for a time frame.

Measuring 5.5 for a size on our ring stick, it could use some polishing but other than that, it is lovely condition.
