Antique glass brides bowl green gold silver stand Delaware US Glass c. 1901
The glass bowl was made by the U.S. Glass Co. starting in 1899. The pattern name is Delaware which was part of their State Series. It is also known as American Beauty, Four Petal or New Century. The silverplate holder was manufactured by Warren Silverplate Co. of New York and this particular trademark was first used in 1901. The photo you see of the silver plate mark is a representation of what is on the bottom of the stand. Our camera would not zero in on the actual mark on the bottom.
Measuring 12" long and 7" wide with a depth of 3.5". The stand is 9.5" tall to top of the handle. The two pieces together are just gorgeous. We find a bit of gold wear to the rim but no damage to glass for the bowl. Age patina to the silverplate stand but no damage.
