EAPG glass pitcher cherries and fig Dalzell c. 1880s

An antique pattern glass pitcher featuring various fruits on both sides. This has a slight pedestal base and a very pretty handle. Most likely used for buttermilk or milk as it is a bit large for a cream pitcher.

We find this referenced on pg 165 in the Dalzell, Gilmore and Leighton glass reference book by Jo & Bob Sanford, et al. The pattern name is called Cherries and Grapes aka Cherries and Fig and the time of manufacture is c. 1880's.

Measuring 8.25" tall, we find this lovely piece to be in wonderful antique condition without damage. We do find some straw marks at the mouth of the pitcher but this is from age. Please reference our photos for more details.
