Co-operative Flint glass honey dish X Logs Prism Arc EAPG

An Early American pattern glass honey box that features open lace handles on both ends, a 'log' handle and various intricate patterns on bottom and lid. This pattern has a few names; X-Logs, Diamonds in Ovals, Crossed Logs and Prism Arc which was manufactured by the Cooperative Flint Glass Co. and dates to c. 1880's.

Measuring 4 5/8 inches tall with the lid on, 7" long and 5.25" wide, we find no damage to this. It is in wonderful antique condition. You'll notice inclusions in the glass which is typical of older pieces included a tiny line near the base rim. Nothing untoward nor that detracts.

This could also be used for sugar and would be lovely on the Jewish Passover table.
