This is the September 5, 1969 issue of Life magazine. The magazine's features include a look inside Nixon's "White House West" and "Peter Max: Portrait of the artist as a very rich man".
If you grew up in the late sixties you knew the poster artist Peter Max because his work was everywhere! I remember I had a notebook with a Peter Max cover! A fun read with plenty of cool ads.
There is some separation at the top and bottom of the spine and some age-related page yellowing. The cover is actually also a fold out ad. That is why it is not as wide as the rest of the magazine. Aside from that, this hard-to-find issue of Life magazine is clean and intact.
