This great vintage cookbook features sections on Grilling, Pit Roasting, Spit and Skewer Cooking, Smoke Cooking, Picnics and Trips, Outdoor Complements, Large Parties, Outdoor Drinks and The Larder. Larder?? Anyway, there are 284 pages of recipes, color photos and helpful tips on all aspects of outdoor cooking.
There is some minor bumping on the corners of the book but aside from that this vintage cookbook is in excellent condition with clean, un-marked pages. This would make a great addition to any vintage cookbook collection.
