This is a hard cover cookbook featuring sections on stocks and sauces, hors d'oeuvres, soups, eggs, and much more. Aside from an inscription on the inside this cookbook is in great condition with clean, unmarked pages and some minor rubbing on the exterior corners. This would make a great gift for your favorite chef!
