This is The General Foods Kitchens Cookbook by the Women of General Foods Kitchens, Photographs by George Lazarnick, Drawings by Mary Ronin, Random House Publishers, First Printing, 1959.
"This is a cookbook designed to help you in the hundreds of everyday and special situations that call for the planning, preparing, and serving of food. It describes those situations as well as the food, so that you are offered specific suggestions for what and how to serve when somebody's going to be late for dinner, or an unexpected guest turns up, or you're the committee chairman for the annual church supper, or hostess at an outdoor barbecue." (Foreward)
Yes, this cookbook is very June Cleaver! There is a wrinkle that is on the bottom of the foreword page and it continues in lesser degrees through page twenty. Aside from that, this vintage cookbook is still in great condition. There are 436 pages, full color photographs and the drawings are just classic fifties!
