SCARCE 1829 French Manual De L'Histoire Naturelle Des Mollusques Book Conchology Illustrated Plates

This hard to find malachology - conchology antique book was by M. Sander Rang and published in Paris Roret, Libraire, Rue Hautefeuille Mai 1829. It is in French. This appears to be a very thorough discourse on mollusks - molluscs, ocean snails, squid, shellfish etc. The two main divisions in the book are: Discours Sommaire Sur Les Animaux Mollusques and Tableau Methodique et Caracteristique de Tous les Genres de Mollusques. There is a large attached fold out of the divisions of the different mollusks. There are also black and white plates near the end of the book of different kinds of mollusks. There are 8 pages of plates. The book has 390 pages of information and measures app. 5.5"x3.5". The spine is of leather. The covers are hard cover with a marbled look. The book is in good++ condition for the age with some corner, edge, spine wear and bumping. There is some yellow spotting with age inside pages as shown. The binding and spine are intact. There are no offensive odors
