This old work is app. 8.5"x6" with 261 pages.This has cloth covered hard boards. It is in good condition overall with corner, edge, spine wear and bumping. There is some splitting to the front and back hinge causing some slop to the binding, though, all pages are intact. The inside of the cover and the blank page has pencil figures tallied up all over that have been partially erased. The inside is clean overall. There is yellow spotting to the rice paper over the illustration opposite the title page. There are no offensive odors.
